The Team Is Lead By Carly Who Has Over 15 Years Experience In Architecture, Interiors, Landscape, Masterplanning And Culture/ Arts Based Events. Within Our Studio We Make A Special Effort To Support Women In The Industry. While Not Typically Considered A STEM Profession, Architecture Encompasses All STEM Industries. Equal Pay Across The Architecture And Design Profession In Western Australia Has One Of The Widest Gaps In The Developing World At 27.5% Disparity. Not Only Is Our Professional Team Largely #Girlpowered We Also Support Female Students Thru The UWA Intern Program.
